4. Methodology and limitations of the Finanzoo F-Score and Piotroski F-Score

The Finanzoo F-Score and the Piotroski F-Score are based on defined quantitative criteria (including P/E, P/B, P/FCF, return on total capital, equity ratio, dividend history and balance-sheet metrics). Both scores only reflect a subset of a company's actual situation and do not account for qualitative factors (e.g. management quality, competitive position, regulatory environment) or short-term market events. A high score is not a guarantee of positive share price performance, nor is a low score a guarantee of negative performance.

5. Disclosure of conflicts of interest

The operator of finanzoo.de, Finanzoo GmbH, as well as its management and shareholders, may themselves hold positions in individual securities displayed and evaluated on finanzoo.de. This may constitute a conflict of interest. The presentation and evaluation of companies is carried out independently of any own positions, based solely on the published, automated criteria. Should affiliate or partner links to brokers or other financial service providers be added in the future, they will be clearly marked as advertising or affiliate links at the respective location.
