Swire Properties' property investment portfolio in Hong Kong consists of office and retail premises, serviced apartments and other luxury residential accommodation in various locations. Swire Beverages manufactures, markets and distributes soft drinks to consumers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China and the United States. Marine Services segment, through Swire Pacific Offshore group (SPO), operates offshore support vessels servicing the energy industry in offshore production and exploration region outside the United States. SPO has a windfarm installation business. Trading & Industrial segment consists of a spectrum of businesses, ranging from managing consumer brands to manufacturing and cold chain logistics.
