Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is an international airline. The Company offers scheduled passenger and cargo services to approximately 180 destinations in over 50 countries and territories. The Company operates through two segments: airline business and non-airline business. The airline business segment comprises the Company's passenger and cargo operations. The non-airline business segment includes mainly catering, ground handling, aircraft ramp handling services and cargo terminal operations. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in other related areas, including airline catering, aircraft handling, aircraft engineering and cargo terminal operations. The airline operations are principally to and from Hong Kong. The Company operates approximately 150 aircrafts. Its subsidiary, Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Limited (Dragonair), a regional airline that operates over 40 aircrafts on scheduled services to approximately 50 destinations in Mainland China and other places in Asia.
